简要介绍了木质百叶窗加工工艺和生产过程,描述了木质百叶窗木片弯曲现象,分析了木质百叶窗木片产生弯曲变形的主要原因,提出了在生产过程中如何避免木片弯曲的建议以及消除木片弯曲的措施。
The paper gave a brief introduction of wood shutters manufacture process.It analyzed the causes to the slice bending issue.Suggestions on avoiding the slice bending and the solutions on recovering the bended slice were proposed in the paper.
