瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

Efficacy of Repaglinide Combined with Metformin in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联用治疗初诊血糖较高的2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将90例初诊血糖较高的糖尿病患者分为A、B两组。A组45例,用瑞格列奈0.5～2.0 mg/次,3次/d;二甲双胍片0.5 mg/次,3次/d;B组45例,用格列齐特片80～160 mg/次3,次/d,二甲双胍片0.5 mg/次3,次/d。疗程为3个月。比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(Tch)和体重指数(BMI)。结果用药前后空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)的变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联用治疗初诊血糖较高的2型糖尿病具有协同作用,不良反应少,临床应用方便,依从性好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Repahlinide combined with Metformin in treating newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with high blood sugar. Methods 90 newly diagnosed diabetic patients with high blood sugar were divided into group A,B. 45 patients in group A were treated with Repahlinide 0. 5 -2.0 mg/time ,3 times/d;and Repahlinide film 0.5 mg/ time,3 times/d ;45 eases in Group B with gliclazide tablets 80 - 160 mg/time, 3 times/d, and Repahlinide film 0. 5 mg/time,3 times/d. Treatment lasted 3 months. Fasting blood glucose were assayed and compared before and after treatment（FBS） ,2 h post- prandial blood glucose（ 2hPG ）, glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbA1C ）, triglyceride （ TG ）, cholesterol （ Teh ） and body mass index （BMI） were deternined and analyzed. Results The changes of fasting glucose（FBS） ,2 h postprandial blood glucose（ 2hPG）, and glyeosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1C） were statistically different before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Repahlinide combined with Mefformin high blood sugar in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes had a synergistic effect,with less side effects, clinical convenience and better compliance.
