孟鲁司特钠与酮替芬治疗CVA疗效观察

Effects of Montelukastsodium and Ketotifen on Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察孟鲁斯特与酮替芬治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法将2007年2月-2010年4月宿州市立医院确诊的门诊92例CVA患儿随机分成两组,对照组23例给予布地奈德鼻喷剂吸入与盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗,治疗组A组23例在对照组的基础上加用酮替芬,治疗组B组23例在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠片;治疗组C组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠片与酮替芬,剂量同前。所有病例治疗均为4周,随访4周。观察各组咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间、临床病情控制情况。结果治疗组C组咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间明显短于对照组,病情控制亦优于对照组。与对照组相比,治疗组C组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组A组、B组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特钠联合酮替芬治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,疗效优于单用孟鲁司特钠或酮替芬。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of Montelukastsodium and Ketotifen on treating cough variant asthma（CVA）. Methods Ninety two CVA outpatients of our hospital from February 2007 to April 2010 were divided into control group,treatment group A, treatment group B and treatment group C randomly, and there were 23 cases in each group. The control group received Budesonide nasal spray and Procaterol hydrochlorid, treatment group A received Ketotifen on the basis of control group, treatment group B received Montelukastsodium on the basis of control group, and treatment group C received Montelukastsodium and Ketotifen on the basis of control group. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks and followed-up for 4 weeks, the effect was observed. Results The cough relief time and disappeared time in treatment group C were shorter than that in control group, and the effects of disease control were better than the control group. As compared with control group, the curative effects had significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ） in treatment group C, while the treatment group A and B had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of CVA in combination Montelukastsodium and Ketotifen is better than Montelukastsodium or Ketotifen independently.
