在当前军队编制体制改革的形势下,聘任制护士作为军队医院护理队伍的主力军,因军队医院管理方面以及聘任制护士本身的原因,对其管理工作尚有一定难度,因此,本文在纵览近年文献及军队医院护理现状的基础上,对聘任制护士的管理工作的难点做出总结,并提出相应的对策,期冀有裨益于同道。

In the current situation of better troops and simpler administration,because of the military hospital management and appointment nurses own reasons,there’s still a certain degree of difficulty to manage appointment nurses,if take them as the main force of military hospital care team; therefore,this article on the basis of overview of recent literature and status of the military hospital care,sum up the difficult points of appointment nurse management and propose the corresponding countermeasures,wish it’s helpful for fellows.
