神经内科重症感染患者原因分析及护理对策

Analysis the reasons of severe infection patients in neurology department and its nursing measures

目的:探讨神经内科重症感染患者感染原因、临床特点及其护理对策。方法:对我院神经内科468例重症住院患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:468例重症患者发生医院内感染76例,占16.24%,其中呼吸道感染56例,泌尿道感染9例,皮肤及黏膜感染4例,其他感染7例。结论:神经内科重症患者发生医院内感染以呼吸道感染为主,发生感染的疾病最主要是脑出血,加强对重症患者的整体护理,合理应用抗菌药物,尽量减少医院内感染的发生。

Objective：To evaluate the neurological causes of infections in patients with severe infections,clinical characteristics and nursing measures. Methods：Neurology 468 hospitalized patients in neurology department with severe data were analyzed retrospectively. Results：In 468 cases of severe infection in hospital patients in 76 cases,of which 56 cases of respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infection in 9 cases,skin and mucous membrane infection in 4 cases,other infections 7 cases. Conclusion：The patients in the hospital with severe neurological infection with gastrointestinal infections mainly infection is mainly a disease of brain hemorrhage,to enhance the overall care of critically ill patients,rational application of antibiotics to minimize the occurrence of hospital-acquired infections.
