大剂量单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗颅内血肿一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，35岁，主因突发失语、右侧肢体活动障碍于2010年2月6日入院。查体：神志模糊，格拉斯哥昏迷评分10分，完全运动性失语，右侧肢体肌力0级，肌张力高。头部CT示：左额部可见类圆形高密度影，周围可见低密度水中带。
