大学生科研创新素质现状、问题与培养——以吉首大学商学院工商管理专业为例

The Situation,Problem and Training of College Students' Scientific Innovation Quality——A Case of the Business Management Specialty of Business School in Jishou University

培养高素质科研创新型人才是当前高等学校教学改革的重要内容,培养大学生科研创新素质是高等学校教学改革的重点。本文以吉首大学商学院工商管理专业学生为例,结合其科研创新素质现状,分析其存在问题,提出了吉首大学商学院工商管理专业学生科研创新素质的培养途径。

Educating the high quality scientific research innovation talented person is the important content of current college educational reform. Training the scientific research innovation is the hot spot of current college educational reform. Taking the student in business management specialty of Business School in Jishou University as a case, the paper analyzes the problems and proposes the educating ways of the scientific research innovation quality of it based on the situation of the scientific research innovation quality.
