信息管理专业学生创新能力培养方法研究

Research on the Creative Ability Training Methods of the Information Management Specialty

针对我国高校信息管理专业对学生创新能力培养的现状和问题,在充分考虑了信息管理人才创新能力的基本要求的基础上,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,提出了包括进一步明确专业定位、强化师资、优化环境、转变模式、校企合作和规范导师制度等在内的一系列创新能力培养的方法。

According to the status and problems of information management specialty training of creative ability in colleges and universities, this paper,on the basis of taking into full account social demand and learning from domestic and foreign related studies, proposed a series methods of innovative ability training including further defining professional orientation,strengthening teacher quality, improving the environment, changing the teaching mode, school--enterprise cooperation and standardizing the tutorial system.
