摘要
汽油机电子控制系统与发动机的匹配标定是电控汽油机开发过程中的一个重要环节,它对发动机性能的优劣起着决定性作用。本文建立了基于Bosch M3.8.2系统的电喷汽油机标定试验台架,并初步完成了基本匹配标定。文中对匹配标定的基本过程进行了描述,并以具体的试验结果作为例证。
The calibration of the electronic control system with the SI engine is one of the most important step in the development of electronic controlled engine , which is decisive to the better perfomance of the engine. In the article,a test bed for the calibration of SI engine based on Bosch M3. 8.2 system is built,on which the basic calibration work has been finished. The fundamental procedures of calibration are clarified and several experimental results are showed in the paper.
