Torsional Measurement and Analysis in Bolt seal Mounting

本文采用测试动态扭矩的方法,在自制的测试系统中利用计算机对装配过程中所采集的力矩数值,来描述螺栓的受力过程,从而对螺栓拧紧扭矩加以分析,对螺栓的安装质量进行判断,取得了较好效果。

In self-made testing system,the bolt stress is discribed using the method of testing dynamic torsion and moment value collected by computer from assembly process. The bolt tightened torsion is analyzed and the assembly quality of this bolt is decided by this testing system.
