角膜类脂环与冠心病、糖尿病、年龄、性别关系的研究

目的探讨角膜类脂环与心血管疾病、糖尿病、性别、年龄之间的关系。方法随机抽取的冠心病患者、糖尿病患者、非冠0病与糖尿病痛史共305名，分析其角膜类脂环与年龄、性别、冠0病、糖尿病之间的关系。，结果①60岁与70岁以上老年人相比，70岁以上老年人角膜类脂环发生率明显升高。②男、女相比，男性角膜类脂环发生率明显升高。③患冠心病老年人比正常老年人角膜类脂环发生率高。④糖尿病患者角膜类脂环的发生率与正常老年人相比无统计学意义。结论角膜组织结构以及代谢方面的老年改变是老年粪脂环的基础。高血压、冠心病、高脂血症因与脂质代谢、动脉粥样硬化关系密切，故对角膜类脂环的影响也最为明显。我们认为角膜类脂环是动脉粥样硬化在眼部的表现之一．部分反映了动脉粥样硬化的严重程度。因此．

Objective To study the corneal ring lipids and cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gender, age, relationship. Method Randomly selected patients with coronary heart disease, diabetes, non-coronary heart disease and a total of 305 diabetes mellitus, lipid analysis of the corneal ring and age, gender, coronary heart disease, diabetes relationship. Result （1）60-year-old with 70 years of age or ohler than 70 years of age or older cornea was significantly increased lipid ring.（2）male, female, male, Central corneal lipid was significantly higher. （3）suffering from coronary heart disease aged older than normal high incidence of corneal lipid part. （4）diabetic patients the incidence of corneal lipid ring compared with the normal aging was not significant. Conclusion Corneal tissue structure and metabolic changes in old age is old age lipid ring foundation. Hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia and lipid metabolism because, closely related to atherosclerosis, so the corneal ring of lipid is also the most obvious. We believe that lipid corneal ring is atherosclerosis in the performance of one eye, in part reflecting the artery atherosclerosis severity. Therefore, attention should be paid on the corneal ring and lipid relationship between age-related diseases.
