Influence Factors Analysis and Countermeasures of Pediatric Nursing Safety

目的探讨儿科护理安全的影响因素及对策、方法对我院2009年11月～2010年3月儿科268例患儿的护理情况进行跟踪督查，将发现的护理问题进行记录，分析儿科护理安全的影响因素，并探讨临床对策。结果儿科护理安全的主要影响因素是护惠沟通问题，护理人员法律意识不强，护理人员技术因素，护理人力资源的配置等，临床上加强儿科护理管理工作以及对护理人员的业务培训，尽力减少儿科护理不安全因素．．结论临床上应注意改善儿科护理安全的影响因素，降低儿科护理不安全事件的发生率，提高儿科护理质量。

Objective To explore the influence factors and countermeasures of Pediatric nursing safety. Methods From November 2009 to March 2010 in our hospital, the nursing siluatiun of 268 cases of children in Pediatric were traced and inspected, lira nursing problems were recorded, then analyzed the influence factors of Pedlatrie. nursing safety, and explored the clinical countermeasures. Results The main influence factors of Pediatric nursing safety were the nurse-patient communication issues, awareness of the law was not strong nurses,teeimical factors nurses, nursing and other human resource allocation, we shouhl enhance the clinical management of Pediatric care and the nursing staff＇s proressional training, tried to reduce Pediatric nursing insecurity. Conclusion It should bc noted clinical improvement in the influence factors of Pediatric nursing safety, to reduce the incidence of nursing insecurity, to improve the quality of pediatric care.
