脉血康联合爱西特治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Maixuekang joint Aixite treatment on Chronic Renal Failure

目的观察研究脉血康联合爱西特治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（CIZF）患者的疗效。方法选择CRF氯质血症期伴高血压门诊长期规律随访病例40例，先用波依定、爱西特、大黄苏打治疗14天，然后加用脉血康进行自身对照。检测该组病人两种治疗方法前、后的血压、血浆尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）浓度和肾小球滤过率（GFR）变化情况。结果加用脉血康治疗后，血压、尿素氮、血肌酐均下降，收缩压下降有显著性差异，Scr下降GFR的升高有特别显著性差异。结论脉血康可以协助降低血压，减轻肾脏高灌注，对肾功能起保护作用；脉血康联合爱西特，可以增加肠道透析作用．明显降低血中尿素氯、肌酐浓度和增加GFR。

Objective To Observation the therapeutic effect of Maixuekang joint Aixite on chronic renal failure. Detecting blood pressure both before and after the treatment of patients, plasma urea nitrogen （BUN） and creatinine （Scr） concentration and glomerular filtration rate （GFR） changes. Results After plus Maixuekang treatment, blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine was down, There was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure decreased, and the same to Scr decreased with the GFR increase. Conclusion Maixuekang treatment of chrunic renal failure can help lower blood pressure, reduce high renal perfusion, protective effect of renal function; Maixuckang joint Aixite treatment can increase intestinal dialysis, decreased blood urea nitrogen, creatinine concentration and increased GFR.
