新生儿缺氧缺血脑病与脑脊液细胞色素C水平变化的研究

目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）与脑脊液细胞色素C（CytochromeC）水平的变化，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法对HIE患儿于急性期及恢复期各测定一次脑脊液细胞色素c的含量，并以正常新生儿作为对照组。结果轻、中、重度HIE组患儿急性期脑脊液细胞色素C水平分别为182±0．22：2．01±0．21；2．20±0．20。均高于对照组1．50±025（p值分别〈0．05，0．01，0．01）。且临床分度愈重，脑脊液细胞色素C升高愈明显．HIE各组间差异显著。HIE各纽患儿恢复期脑脊液细胞色素C水平下降。结论测定HIE患儿脑脊液细胞色素C水平，有助于对HIE的分度，为临床治疗提供参考依据；本研究表明HIE患儿脑脊液细胞色素C水平升高，因此细胞色素C作为能量舍剂，用于HIE的治疗应慎重，以防加重脑损伤。
