从材料、模具、设备、工位器具等多方面分析了如何对外覆盖件进行质量控制。并以冲压工艺及模具所采用的新技术和新工艺为重点，以JETIA和AUDI典型的外覆盖件模具为例，介绍了车身制造中为保证轿车表面质量所采取的措施。

The problem of quality control for covering parts is analyzed in respect with material, die, equipment, rackand carrier etc. And measures employed for ensuring surface qualty of car body in car body production are presented with newstmping technology and new model dies as focal points and taking the dies for typical covering parts of the jetta and Audicars as examples.
