摘要
从岗位工作压力,人际关系疏离,发展空间受限,新技术对心理的冲击等角度探讨了医院图书馆员职业倦怠的影响因素。并从争取理解和支持,建立和谐人际关系,岗位安排讲求技巧,重视职业继续教育,提供参与管理机会等方面阐述了应对策略。
The paper is to search for some proper methods to deal with professional burnout in hospital library through analyzing its influencing factors such as working pressure, distant relationship, limited space for development and the impaet of new technology on psychology.
