慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术44例分析

Analysis of Operational Therapy on 44 Cases of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿手术的治疗方法及疗效。方法采用钻孔引流术对44例慢性硬膜下血肿进行治疗并对资料进行分析总结。结果痊愈42例，死亡1例，术后继发一侧上肢瘫1例。结论慢性硬膜下血肿确诊后经外科治疗效果良好。

Objective To investigate the method and the curative effect of the operational treatment on chronic subdural hematoma.Mothods The operation of drilling, washing and drainning was applied in 44 cases of chronic subdural hematoma,the experience of clinical treatment was analyzed and summarized.Results 42 cases were cured,1 cases died,one case showed one-side paralysis.Conclusion Surgical treatment of chronic subdural hematoma after surgery has good effect.
