静脉留置针不同进针法对组织血管损伤的比较研究

The Comparative study of Vascular Injury in Different Needle Method by Intravenous Catheter

目的探讨静脉留置针针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法对组织血管损伤的影响。方法操作者分别采用针尖斜面向上和针尖斜面向左两种直刺法对150例惠儿进行静脉穿刺，采用自身对照法．观察受试对象的疼痛反应，针头堵塞及对血管壁损伤的程度等。经X^2检验，P〈0．01或P〈005．差异均有显著意义。针头斜面向左静脉直刺法对局部组织血管损伤小，病理改变轻，疼痛反应小。结论针头斜面向左静脉直刺法对皮肤血管的机械切割损伤小．可以达到减轻病人疼痛及对组织血管损伤的目的，提高穿刺成功率。

Objective To explore the vascular injury of vein piercing catheter tip slant to the left. Methods The operator used two intravenous puncture method that tip bevel up or tip bevel left to 150 cases of children. Subjects were observed pain response, the needle block and the degree of vessel wall injury. Self-control method was used. The X^2 test, P〈0.01 or P〈0.05, differences were significant. The local vascular damage and athological changes and pain reactions were little in intravenous needle piercing the method of slope to the left . Conclusion The local vascular damage and athological changes and pain reactions were little in intravenous needle piercing the method of slope to the left. It can relieve pain in patients. It can reduce the damage of vascular and increasing the success rate.
