By means of theoretical analysis and empirical studies, it is suggested that the investment fluctuation will lead to changes in the price of production goods, consumer demand and provisionment, and result in increased reliance on international market, which would finally be transmitted to the consumer market and cause CPI fluctuation. As a resuit, to remain relatively stable CPI, we must keep the investment fluctuation in control, maintain the sustained and balanced investment growth and promote its quality.
