摘要
本文运用MAXIM 程序,在不同的柴油机工况、不同的连杆大端轴承油槽宽度、不同的连杆质量、不同的机油工作温度和压力条件下,对16V240ZJE型柴油机的主轴承和连杆大端轴承的最小油膜厚度、最大轴承压力和最大油膜压力变化等进行了计算,以确定轴承、连杆有关设计参数以及柴油机机油流量。
In order to determine the related design param^eters of the bearing and the connecting rod, and lubricating oil flow and pressure of the diesel engine, this thesis adopts MAX^IM program to calculate the minimum oil film thickness, maxi^mum bearing pressure and maximum oil film pressure variation of the main bearing and connecting rod large end bearing of 16V240ZJE diesel engine under the following conditions: varied diesel engine operating conditions, oil groove width of the con^necting rod large end bearing, connecting rod quality, lubricat^ing oil work temperature and lubricating oil work pressure.
