探讨玉米纤维与竹纤维、丽赛纤维混纺纱生产及织造工艺,通过一系列有效措施成功纺制出YM40/Ri40/B20、11.8tex的混纺纱。在织造过程中,整经采用中等张力,浆纱根据各种纤维特性合理选配浆料,采用浸透与被覆并重的工艺路线,织造工序合理设置喷气织机工艺参数,使得织造效率达90%。

Researching into the corn fiber/bamboo fiber/Richel fiber blended yarn's producing and weaving,mainly introduced the Parameter Settings and problems of each blending working procedure during the try spinning.Successfully spinned out the 11.8 tex blended yarn of YM40/Ri40/B20 by series of effective measure.During the weaving,moderate tension was adopted to warping,the sizing recipe was selected by each fiber's character,the routing attached equal importance to penetrating and coating,setting the parameter of air jet loom reasonably.By all of the above the weaving efficiency could achieve 90%.
