摘要
介绍了资阳内燃机车厂设计制造的微机控制NPT5 型空压机性能试验台的结构、性能和使用情况。试验台可根据需要预先设置试验程序,自动控制试验过程,适时采集试验数据,进行数据处理和打印出试验记录。试验台设有状态异常自动报警,压力超限自动停机的安全装置,并具有测试精度高、性能安全可靠、操作方便。
The structure, performance and application of NPT5 microcomputer\|controlled air compressor performance test stands designed and manufactured by Ziyang Diesel Locomotive Works was presented. This test stand can preset the test program by request, control the test process automatically, collect the test data at a proper time, process the data and print the test records. This test stand incorporates the abnormal state automatic alarm and automatic pressure limit shutdown safety device. It features high test accuracy, safety, reliability, easy operation and good looking.
