工科类生产实习现状及实习模式改革探讨

生产实习是工科院校本科教学活动中的重要实践环节。但目前的生产实习方式面临不少问题,造成了实习效果较差,难以满足实践能力及创新能力的培养。针对传统的生产实习模式,提出建立校内生产实习基地、对生产实习模式的进行改革必要性,并就生产实习的过程管理及师资队伍建设进行了探讨。

The production practice is an important mode for training practice and innovation abilities of engineering students. However, the production practice at present faces serious challenges of operation and lags behind the requirements for the cultivation of practice and innovation abilities. This paper then presents several suggestions to enforce the effect of the production practice, including the construction of the practice center in university, the reform on the training way, the management through the practice process, the construction of directing teacher troop.
