"独取寸口"是近2000年来中医诊脉一直沿用的主流脉法。多年来各医家均将其作为审阴阳、辨脏腑、论虚实、断病机与定治则的主要依据,是古代医家千百年临床脉诊实践的科学总结,亦是独具优势、值得进一步发掘的中医最重要的诊断技法。文章拟从"独取寸口"脉法形成、定位的传统认识以及生理、病理现代研究等方面进行探讨分析,以期依靠现代科学技术不断探索,在继承古人的基础上加以提高和发展。

As a main method of TCM pulse differentiation,＇taking pulse at cunkou alone＇ method has a history over 2000 years,and has always been the main basis for TCM doctors in checking yin and yang,differentiating zangfu,discussing deficiency and excess,diagnosing the pathogenesis and designing the principle of treatment.This method is not only a scientific conclusion of ancient TCM doctors in their thousand-years of clinical practice,but also the most important TCM method worth to be developed.This paper analyzes the ＇taking pulse at cunkou alone＇ method from its formation,position and traditional understandings,alone with modern research methods such as physiology and pathology,with the hope to develop this important differentiation method depending on the heritage of our antecedents,and the ever-expanding modern science and technology.
