摘要
目的:研究大蓟炭止血药效物质,为阐明大蓟炒炭作用机制奠定基础。方法:通过毛细管法,对大蓟炭各部位止血作用进行初步筛选,确定止血主要作用部位;根据初步筛选结果,对可能的主要止血部位黄酮类成分进行提取分离,并与各部位止血作用进行比较研究;在对黄酮类部位的止血作用明确后,对其进一步提取分离以获得大蓟炭止血活性成分。结果:与大蓟炭各部位止血作用比较研究发现,黄酮类部位具有明显止血作用,其中发挥主要止血作用的成分应为柳穿鱼黄素而非柳穿鱼叶苷。结论:初步确定了大蓟炭主要发挥止血作用的黄酮类成分,研究结果将为进一步揭示大蓟炭炮制机制奠定基础。
Objective: Study the pharmacodynamic substance with hemostasis to illuminate the mechanism of charring of Japanese thistle herb.Methods: Capillary tube method was adopted to screen the extracted parts with hemostasis from charred Japanese thistle herb.The flavonoids were considered the most possible parts with hemostasis and abstracted the active component again.Results: In charred Japanese thistle herb,the flavonoids do have the effect of hemostasis and the active component was pectolinarigenin rather than yellow toadflax herb.Conclusion: The research is meaningful for interpreting the mechanism of charring of Japanese thistle herb.
