On the early stage of the foundering of the PRC,all aspects of core concepts of theoretical study of TCM,laid the basis for the theory of TCM in transition.Study shows that there is a very serious logical contradiction among the basic concepts,such as symptoms and signs,syndrome,pathogenesis,differentiation of syndrome and treatment based on syndrome differentiationand between these concepts.To reveal these problems will help breaking the main reason of the confusion concepts nowadays.
