摘要
目的:建立利用薄层色谱方法控制双料喉风散质量。方法:在不同温度条件下,利用薄层色谱法对双料喉风散中甘草、山豆根、黄连、青黛、人工牛黄等药材进行定性鉴别。结果:在最适的温度条件下,各色谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该鉴别方法专属性强、灵敏、可靠,可作为双料喉风散的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish TLC for the identification of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder.Methods: In different temperature condition,Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Indigo Naturalis,Calculus Bovis artifactitious in huangliao Houfeng Powder were qualitative identified by TLC.Results: In the optimum temperature,every spots of all the samples were able to be detected in TLC identification and clear,the identified characteristics of TLC were distinct.The negative reference drug does not interfere.Conclusion: These methods are specific,accurate and reliable.They can be used as the quality control methods of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder.
