双料喉风散的薄层色谱分析

TLC analysis of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder

目的:建立利用薄层色谱方法控制双料喉风散质量。方法:在不同温度条件下,利用薄层色谱法对双料喉风散中甘草、山豆根、黄连、青黛、人工牛黄等药材进行定性鉴别。结果:在最适的温度条件下,各色谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该鉴别方法专属性强、灵敏、可靠,可作为双料喉风散的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish TLC for the identification of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder.Methods： In different temperature condition,Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Indigo Naturalis,Calculus Bovis artifactitious in huangliao Houfeng Powder were qualitative identified by TLC.Results： In the optimum temperature,every spots of all the samples were able to be detected in TLC identification and clear,the identified characteristics of TLC were distinct.The negative reference drug does not interfere.Conclusion： These methods are specific,accurate and reliable.They can be used as the quality control methods of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder.
