摘要
16V240ZDA型柴油机是为我国秦山核电站设计的应急发电用柴油机。该型柴油机是在240/275Z系列柴油机的基础上加装改造研制而成的。本文介绍了16V240ZDA型应急发电用柴油机的技术参数、特殊性能参数、设计结构特点和该柴油机用作核电站应急发电用而在台架上所进行的扭振测量、机油耗量测量、调速器的非直线度和不灵敏度、转速波动率、单双脉冲突加载荷、无燃油输送泵的快速启动、冷机启动、增压器旁通线路、热机启动、45s内加载、突加载荷和调速器稳定调速率等特殊性能试验结果。
16V240ZDA type diesel engine was a kind of diesel engine designed to generate electric power in case of emergency for Qinsan nuclear electric power station in china . This type diesel engine based on 240/275 Z Serials diesel engine was developed. This paper introduced diesel engine technological parameter, special function parameter and structure design feature of 16V240ZDA type diesel engine. It also introduced some special function experiment results on bench experiment, such as torsional vibration measure, oil consumption measure, nonlinear level and nonsensitivity of governor, rate of speed fluctration, single and pulse burst load, quick starting of non - fuel feed pump, cold starting, turbocharger side - pass route, hot starting, load and burst load during 45 seconds and firm rate of speed control of governor.
