摘要
韩国证券市场历经五十多年的发展已经成为一个国际化的成熟市场,其发展大致可分为四个阶段。韩国政府在不同时期采取不同政策,韩国证券市场已经形成了现代化的市场结构,具有完善的监管法律体系和国际化、透明化的鲜明特点。
Through four periods of development in more than 50 years, securities market of South Korea has become a mature international market. Different policies were adopted in each period of the development. Presently, a modem market structure with perfect supervision system of the market has formed.
