腰骶角与椎间盘突出症的关系探讨

Relationship between acrovertebral angle and lumbar dorsal disc prolaps

目的探讨腰骶角与椎间盘突出症的关系。方法观察102例腰椎间盘突出症者X线平片并测量其腰骶角（Grogkopff法），与正常人进行对照分析。结果L5S1突出者除具备文献所述X线征象外，其腰骶角明显大于L4～5突出者和正常人比较（P〈0．01），而后两者间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论测量腰骶角对L5S1椎间盘突出有一定的辅助诊断意义。

Objective To discuss the relationship b between acrovertebral angle and lumbar dorsal disc prolaps. Methods The acrovertebral angle of 102 patients with lumbar dorsal disc prolaps was measured on plain films and compared with health control. Result The acrovertebral angle of LSS1 lumbar dorsal disc prolaps was bigger that of L4-5 L5SI lumbar dorsal disc prolaps. Conclusion acrovertebral angle measurement can auxiliary diagnose patients with prolapse of L5S1 intervertebral disc.
