建立教学质量监控与保障体系的科学路径——以西安欧亚学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 通过对西安欧亚学院现有教学质量管理体系的历史和现状进行分析,指出其存在的问题:没有形成全过程、全方位的监控;监控的力量较弱;没有建立现代化的信息采集与反馈系统;没有形成定期或周期性的教学质量评估制度。从工作步骤、理论依据以及促进教学质量持续提高的策略等方面提出一些建议:一是注重领导层对质量的承诺和学校质量方针的确立;二是注重教师的选择和资格认可制度的确立;三是关注"消费者"的满意度;四是建立评估制度。 Through the analysis of the history management system of Xi' an Eurasia University, and current situation of the existing teaching quality this paper finds some problems in the university' s teaching quality management: there is no whole-process or whole-dimension supervision; supervision is far from enough; a modernized system of information collection and feedback has not been established; a regular teaching quality evaluation system has not been formed. Therefore, the paper provides some suggestions for solving the problems from the aspects of work procedures, theoretical bases and strategies for the improvement of the university' s teaching quality : A) The university administrative organs should pay enough attention to their commitment to the teaching quality and make a clear definition of the university' s teaching quality management policies ; B) The university should recruit the teachers of top quality and establish a system of teacher quality identification; C) The university should care about the satisfaction of its students, who can be considered as consumers of education ; D) The university should build a complete set of teaching quality evaluation regulations.
