摘要
AtGLRs是拟南芥中类似动物iGluRs的受体家族,在植物的钙离子信号传导和转运、光信号传导、碳氮代谢调节、ABA生物合成、胁迫响应、根的生长等方面起着重要作用,文章对AtGLRs基因功能的最新研究进展进行了综述.
AtGLRs belong to the Arabidopsis thaliana glutamate-like receptor family which is in high similarity with animal iGluRs and have been playing important role in calcium ion conduction and transport, optical signal transmission, ABA biosynthesis, carbon and nitrogen metabolism, stress response and root elongation. This article provides an overview of the research on the functions of AtGLRs found in recent years.
