产前筛查中超声估计孕龄方法的研究进展

Overview on Approaches of Ultrasound Assessment of Gestational Age in Prenatal Screening

超声估计孕龄是产前筛查中极为重要的一个环节,直接关系到风险估计的准确性.然而,超声估计孕龄的方法种类繁多,且彼此间存在较大差异.为了能更加准确地估计孕龄,进而提高产前筛查的效能,比较了目前国内外相对公认的超声估计孕龄的方法,并对各方法之间的差异进行了综述,为我国今后产前筛查中准确用超声估计孕龄提供参考.

The ultrasound assessment of gestational age is an extremely important part of prenatal screening and is directly related to the accuracy of risk estimation. However, there are a lot of methods of ultrasound assessment of gestational age at home and abroad, and considerable differences can be found in the currently carrying-out methods. In order to improve the accuracy ofgestational age assessment using ultrasound approach, the publicly recognized methods of ultrasound assessment for gestational age at home and abroad are compared, and overview of the differences among these approaches is also presented.
