摘要
采用 U A S B 反应器—曝气氧化塘组成的系统对玉米淀粉废水处理工艺进行了研究,结果表明, U A S B 反应器按 8 kg C O D/m 3 ·d 的容积负荷运行, C O D 去除率达 91% 以上,反应器再次启动时,3 d 即可正常运行,经过 142 d 的运行,反应器内生成了污泥指数( S V I)为 15~17 m l/g S S的颗粒污泥;厌氧出水再经曝气氧化塘处理后 C O D 小于 100 m g/l。
A process using UASB reactor followed by an aeration lagoon was demonstrated,to treat wastewater from corn plant.At 35±1℃ and organic loading rate 8 kgCOD/m 3·d,91% of the influent COD was removed by the UASB reactor.Sludge granulation developed quite well and the granular sludge had a sludge volume index(SVI) of 15~17 ml/gSS.It took only three days for the UASB reactor to recover from a long feed break.The COD concentration of the effluent out of the aeration lagoon was less than 100 mg/l.
