影响泵送混凝土早期质量特性的因素分析及对策

ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING EARLY QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF CONCRETE

混凝土是当前建筑工程中应用最广泛的建筑材料,混凝土早期特性是影响混凝土整体质量的关键因素,对影响混凝土早期质量的因素加载龄期、构件截面尺寸、环境相对湿度、强度、粉煤灰、外加剂以及养护条件等进行了定性分析,并针对影响混凝土早期质量特性的问题从材料的选用、配合比的确定、误差的解决以及养护条件等方面提出了解决的对策,研究可为反映泵送混凝土早期质量特性的预测模型的建立及早期混凝土质量的改进奠定基础。

Concrete is currently the most widely used building materials, and concrete early characteristics is a key factor affect the overall quality of concrete. This paper qualitatively analyzes concrete characteristics of beam height, relative humidity, intensity, coal ash, admixtures and curing conditions and puts forward a solution of the quality characteristics that affect the problem of early concrete from the material selection, with the ratio determined, error resolution, and maintenance conditions, and other measures. This research put forward for prediction model reflecting the quality characteristics of pumping concrete and improvement of the quality of early concrete foundation.
