摘要
应用DSC(差热分析)、X-射线衍射、SEM(扫描电镜)等分析手段,研究了晶核剂P_2O_5含量对Li_2O-ZnO-SiO_2系玻璃析晶的影响。结果表明,在所研究的微晶玻璃体系中,析出晶相为方石英、磷石英以及少量的Li_2O·ZnO·SiO_2和SiO_2相。晶核剂P_2O_5的加入促进了玻璃中方石英晶体的析出,当P_2O_5添加量增加到4.0%时,该体系玻璃中析出的方石英相对含量达到最高。当进一步提高P_2O_5的含量达到5.1%时,促进了玻璃在低温下的析晶,基础玻璃在535℃的较低温度下可以析出晶体。
The effects of different contents of the nucleating agent P2O5 on the crystallization behavior were investigated by DSC ,XRD and SEM in the Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass system. The results show that the crystal phase in the Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass-ceramic are cristobalite,tridymite,SiO2 and Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 . P2O5 is in favor of precipitation of the cristobalite phase and the content of cristobalite in the glass attains the highest when the additions of P2O5 content is 4. 0%. The further addition of the nucleating agent P2O5 to 5. 1% induces the growth of the crystallization at the lower temperatures of 535℃ in Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass.
