万科千亿

With its steep revenue growth curve since 2004, China Vanke witnessed and is an indicator of the rapid urbanization of China.In 2004,several young staff put forward an idea that Vanke would accomplish trillions of revenue in 2014 only if it maintains a compound annual growth rate of 30%.However, Wang Shi,the founder of Vanke,then had no reason to agree. But in 2010,Vanke did become the first real estate developer with trillions of revenue in China. In effect,Vanke's Trillions of Revenue goal was not easily achieved.China's rapid economic growth also played a significant role,though not the only decisive role. Let's review the development of this highly-exposed real estate company which seemingly has no business secrets.Can Vanke's success be duplicated? Is there experience behind its rapid growth that other companies can learn? And what challenges does Vanke have to take in the future?
