With its steep revenue growth curve since 2004, China Vanke witnessed and is an indicator of the rapid urbanization of China.In 2004,several young staff put forward an idea that Vanke would accomplish trillions of revenue in 2014 only if it maintains a compound annual growth rate of 30%.However, Wang Shi,the founder of Vanke,then had no reason to agree. But in 2010,Vanke did become the first real estate developer with trillions of revenue in China.
