A Glance at Public Management of Automobile from Abroad

由于高度机动、用量巨大、消耗不可再生资源,汽车深深地介入了公共领域。为了维护公众的利益,各国政府部门对造车和用车在公共领域里的行为施行了管理。自1865年伦敦议会颁布管理蒸汽机汽车的＂红旗法＂后,汽车的公共管理就和汽车如影随行,一直走到今天。

This article introduced a few modules of public management of Automobile the author had learned from abroad,and hope it can be reference for domestic enterprise for their management practice.It also leads to a broad discussion over the issue of public management of Automobile,and push forward the study of public management of Automobile.
