摘要
研究了民族药河谷地不容(Stephania intermedia H.S.Lo sp.Nov.)的生物碱成分,用色谱法从其块根提取物中分离得到7个生物碱,经波谱分析鉴定为千金藤碱(Stephanine,1)、克班宁(Crebanine,2)、异可利定(Isocorydine,3)、千金藤宁碱(Stepharanine,4)、药根碱(Jatrorrhizine,5)、巴马汀(Palmatine,6)和四氢巴马汀(Tetrahydropalmatine,7).其中化合物1~3是首次从河谷地不容中分离得到.研究结果表明,河谷地不容生物碱的结构类型和地不容正品(Stephania epi-gaea H.S.Lo)类似,但具体成分有明显区别,为保证药品安全,河谷地不容不宜作为药材地不容混用、代用.
This research is an analysis of the chemical constituents of Stephania intermedia H. S. Lo sp. Nov. , an ethno- medicine, in which seven alkaloids were isolated and characterized as (1) Stephanine, (2) Crebanine, (3) isocorydine, (4) Stepharanine, ( 5 ) Jatrorrhizine, ( 6 ) Palmatine and ( 7 ) Tetrahydro - palmatine. Among them, compounds 1--3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The results showed that the structures of alkaloids in S. intermedia and S. epigaea were similar, but the major components were quite different. Thus, it is no good to replace S. epigaea with S. intermedia for the sake of safety.
