摘要
以红蚂蚁为原料,采用单因素实验法,分别用3种盐对红蚂蚁蛋白质的提取条件进行了研究.结果表明,最适合的盐是硫酸铵;最好的提取条件为:固液比(w/v)=1∶10、盐浓度为1%、pH=4.0、抽提时间为2 h,所得的蛋白质提取率最高为为36%,最低为13%.
Taking Tetramorium guineense Fabricius tested in three kinds of salt as the raw material and adopting the single factor test method, this research studied the effects of different factors on the extraction of ant protein. The results showed that the optimum conditions included the following : the ratio of solid/liquid was 1 : 10, the salt concentration in the extractive reagent was 2% ,the pH was 4.0, and the time of centrifuge was 2 hours, the maximum protein extract was 36% and the lowest 13%.
