This paper describes the situation of landfill leachate of Shanghai old port and focuses on two ways of treatment ： the regulation pool ＋ UASB ＋ A / 0 ＋ membrane filtration technology and preprocess ＋ MVC process technology. Through an analysis of the treatment effect, the investment cost, operating cost and so on, it concludes that the preprocess ＋ MVC process has a clear competitive advantage.
