On Teachers Professional Skills Training in Undergraduate Primary Education

摘要 教师职业技能是教师专业素养的重要构成部分。加强本科小学教育专业教师职业技能训练具有现实的必要性和重要意义。针对本科小学教育专业教师职业技能训练现状给出了若干技能训练对策建议。 Professional skills are a necessary and significant part of teachers' professional qualities that have to be trained in undergraduate primary education. The essay is aiming to study the status of current education in an effort to work our feasible strategies.
