高校文科创新型人才培养规律探微——以新文化运动代表人物为例

Reflections on Cultivating Innovative Talents in Colleges of Liberal Arts

从新文化运动代表人物的思想及其活动规律,分析了文科创新型人才具有先进性、原创性、思辩性和批判性等特征,总结高校文科创新型人才的培养必须遵循学贯中西、思想自由、社会实践、挑战传统等四大规律,得出对高校文科办学定位、培养理念、学科调整、制度创新、人文环境等在人才培养方面的五个重要启示。

The paper attempts to reveal innovative talents＇ characters of advance, originality, rationality, and criticism embodied in the representative elites＇ thinking and activities of the New Culture Movement. It demonstrates the major principles of a thorough knowledge of both Western and Chinese learning, freedom of thought, social practice, and challenge to traditions in cultivating creative students. And thus, the author emphasizes five essential aspects of orientation, training philosophy, academic adjustment, institutional innovation, human and culture environment that are vital to today＇s colleges of liberal arts.
