旅游管理专业本科教育实践教学模式创新探讨——基于地方服务型教育体系

On the Practical Teaching Innovation of Undergraduate Tourism Management Education

目前我国旅游管理专业本科教育萎缩、行业就业率低的现象十分突出,在传统的人才培养模式体制下,重理论、轻实践,实践教学模式滞后等是造成这一现象的重要原因。提出对基于地方服务型教育体系的旅游管理专业实践教学模式的构建为:以地方旅游人才需求为导向的培养目标,理论与实践并重的教学体系,顶岗实习与"3+1"(理论+实践)学制,灵活多样的毕业设计考核制度,"双证"人才培养制度,"订单式"人才培养模式,"双师型"师资队伍建设,"双导师"制等。

Undergraduate tourism management education is declining as a result of low employment that mainly arises from the traditional instruction focusing on theoretical education. The writer attempts to construct a new teaching mode based on the concept of local service targeting the cultivation of local tourism talents, integrating theory instruction into in-work practice with 3＋1 schooling year system, establishing flexible graduation design assessment, double-certificate and order-based professional training, as well as advancing double-tutoring system.
