不同年龄段阴道炎病原检测与分析

摘要 目的:检测分析不同年龄段女性阴道炎的病原分布情况,探讨引起女性阴道炎的各种病原生物,提醒人们对其引起足够重视。方法:对妇科门诊413例患者按年龄分成8个组段,分别对其阴道分泌物进行常规分析,革兰氏染色、支原体和衣原体检测,并同时进行唾液酸酶试验。结果:413例患者中113例BV(27.4%),霉菌和滴虫分别为48例(11.6%)和15例(3.6%),支原体和衣原体分别为72例(17.4%)和30例(7.3%),淋球菌14例(3.4%),混合感染23例(5.5%)。各年龄组段间霉菌和滴虫感染率差异无显著性(P>0.05),而BV、支原体和衣原体感染率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:BV是目前女性妇科发病率最高的疾病,而支原体和衣原体的感染率次之,二者在年龄组里感染率有差异,其危害性相当大,不容忽视。 Objective: To analyze the distribution and categories of pathogens causing vaginitis in different ages in order to remind females of paying much attention to them. Methods: Gynecological patients of out - patient department were divided into eight groups by different ages. Then vaginal secretions of each patient were analyzed by doing routine analysis, Gram stain, myeoplasma and Chlamydia detection and sialidase detection. Results:In 413 out -patients with vaginitis ,there were 113 examples caused by bacteria,48 examples by fungi, 15 by trichomonad, 72 by mycoplasma, 30 by chlamydia, 14 by gonococcus and 23 by mixed monilia. Their infection rates were 27.4% ,11.6% ,3.6%, 17.4% ,7.3% ,3.4% ,5.5% respectively. There were no significant differences between fungi and trichomanad infections (P 〉0. 05 ) ,while the differences between bacteria, mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : At present, BV was the most common pathogen that causes female vaginitis while mycoplasma and chlamydia rank second and the infection rates of them were significantly different. So it's very important for every female to take care of them.
