膝关节周围骨坏死的MR诊断与临床联系

目的:分析膝关节周围骨坏死的MR信号特征以及临床联系,加深对骨坏死疾病的认识。方法:回顾复习膝关节周围骨坏死的MR图像和临床资料,并分类归纳、总结。结果:膝关节周围骨坏死MR信号表现多样,大部分病例与临床病史关系密切。结论:MR可以敏感检测出膝关节周围骨坏死病灶,但需要结合临床资料来帮助医师明确诊断。

Objective：Analysis the MR signal characteristics and clinical of osteonecrosis of knee, find the relationships of them and deepen our understanding. Methods：Review osteonecrosis of the knee MR images and clinical data, and classified, summary them. Result ：Osteonecrosis of the knee MR signal was diverse, many cases are closed related to clinical data. Conclusion：MR can be sensitive to detect osteonecrosis lesions of the knee, but the clinical data necessary for doctors to confirm the diagnosis.
