摘要
目的:探讨高原地区痛风病的防治。方法:对近几年收治的136例痛风病患者的治疗,观察其临床症状和血尿酸水平。结果:通过饮食控制、饮水疗法、运动疗法和药物治疗,其中121例患者在一个星期内症状得到缓解,缓解率达88.9%;118例患者血尿酸水平在15天内降低到正常水平,有效率达86.7%。结论:对高原地区痛风病人在药物治疗的同时,辅之以饮食控制、饮水排尿、运动疗法,其疗效显着。
Objective： To investigate the prevention and treatment of gout at high altitude. Methods： 136 patients were treated in recent years,patients in the treatment of gout, to observe the clinical symptoms and serum uric acid level. Results： Through diet control, water therapy, exercise therapy and medication,the symptom of 121 patients got ease within a week,response rate was 88.9% ;The serum uric acid level of 118 patients reduced to normal levels in 15 days,the effective rate was 86. 7%.
