阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染83例疗效观察

Effect observation on combined azithromycin with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory trace infection in old inpatients

目的:观察阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我院老年患者83例,其中男50例,女33例,平均73.4岁。给予阿奇霉素0.25g+250ml生理盐水静脉滴注,1次/d,左氧氟沙星0.3g+250ml生理盐水静脉滴注,1次/d,连用7～14d,平均用药时间9.4d。结果:83例患者经治疗后,痊愈60例,显效14例,进步6例,无效3例,总有效率89.2%。结论:阿奇霉素联用左氧氟沙星对老年下呼吸道感染有很好的治疗效果。

Objecfive：Azithromyein combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections clinical efficacy and adverse reactis. Methods：83 cases of lower respiratory tract infections were selected in our hospital,including 50 male cases and 33 female ones with average age of 73.4. All patients were treated with azithromyein 0.25g ＋ 250ml normal saline intravenously once a day combined with levofloxacin 0.3g ＋ 250ml normal saline intravenously once a day intravenously. The period lasted 7 - 14 days, with average time of 9.4 d. Results： Of 83 old patients,60 cases were cured, 14 cases significantly effective,6 effective and 3 non- effective. The total effective rate was 89.2%. Conclusion ： Azithromyein combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of elderly lower respiratory tract infections is effective and less side effects.
