摘要
目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性牙周炎患者共84例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组用20g/L碘甘油治疗。根据患者的临床症状和检测指标进行综合评定。结果:两组用药三周后,检查和测量牙龈指数、牙周袋深度以及患者临床症状改善情况,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎,能有效地改善牙周相关指数及临床症状,可作为治疗慢性牙周炎的一种有效方法。
Objective ： To investigate minocycline hydrochloride ointment for treatment of chronic periodontitis patients. Methods ： A total of 84 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into treatment group and control group ,the observation group minocyclinc hydrochloride ointment in the treatment control group with 20g/L iodine glycerin treatment. According to clinical symptoms in patients with comprehensive evaluation and testing indicators. Results：Three weeks after treatment, inspection and measurement of gingival index, pocket depth and clinical symptoms of patients in the observation group significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Topical application of minocyeline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of periodontal - related indices and can he used as an effective treatment method for chronic periodontitis.
