丹红联合藻酸双脂钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛160例疗效观察

目的:观察丹红联合藻酸双脂钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:随即抽取160例不稳定型心绞痛急诊留院观察病人,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用丹红和藻酸双脂钠静脉注射。结果:治疗组有效率90.0%优于对照组76.25%,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。对照组在治疗期间有两侧发生心肌梗死,治疗组无一例发生心肌梗死,并且无明显不良反应。结论:丹红联合藻酸双脂钠两者治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床取得满意效果。
